Man Told To Turn Down Music Chased Neighbor With Sword: Police

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A male has been accused of grabbing a 2 1/2-foot-long (76 centimeters) sword and chasing right after a different male who requested him to convert down his music, law enforcement in Manchester, New Hampshire, explained.

A man knocked on the doorway of Benjamin Layland, 47, on Monday, police explained. Layland reportedly grew to become upset and grabbed the sword. He allegedly chased the male down a hall, law enforcement mentioned. The male bought away and there have been no injuries.

Layland was billed with legal threatening. He was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. It was not quickly acknowledged if he had a law firm who could communicate on his behalf.
